If you are undertaking an expedition beyond the UK, or to some of the more extreme parts of the UK, and you will be self-contained with no possibility of backup for days, if not weeks then your regular Outdoor First Aid course will not suffice.

A series of Remote Emergency Care, Rescue Emergency Care (REC) and Wilderness First Aid courses are available to fill this gap.

There are several levels available, with the higher levels equipping the learner with medical-grade skills.
